This is an original experience in this council, and accomplishes the effort so that people get to know that their opinion counts. And that people can start believing in politics once again, by getting actively closer to it. The final program, an essential piece in the process of constructing and developing locally, that is important to enhance, is composed by reinforcing the quality of democracy through the values of an active citizenship.

A democratic participation comprehends, on one hand, the creation of places that build the interaction and give importance to each member of the community, and on the other hand, the recognition of the community benefits given by each effective participation on the council daily life decision process.

At any time new functions can be presented to this forum, all with the intention of getting the candidacy of the Socialist Party to the citizens.
